Dynamic Warm-up
4-5 laps around track
Walking lunges around track

Circuit - 5 times with 2 min. rest between rounds, 45 sec. hard with 15 sec rest

Box Jumps
Pushups
Squats
Plank
Medball slams

Cool Down and stretch
